Shipping Costs

North Island

• Flat-rate delivery: $6
• Flat-rate rural delivery: $15

South Island

• Flat-rate delivery: $9
• Flat-rate rural delivery: $18

Rural delivery: If your address is rural, kindly select the appropriate rural delivery rate at checkout.

The applicable delivery charge is based on the delivery address and will be displayed at checkout.

Order Processing

Orders are usually prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery generally takes:

• Urban addresses: 1–3 business days after dispatch
• Rural addresses: Please allow an additional 1–3 business days

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, public holidays, severe weather or other circumstances outside our control.

Delivery Addresses

Please check that your delivery address is complete and correct before placing your order.

If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@albaweave.co.nz. We will do our best to update the address before dispatch, but changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been sent.

Incorrect or incomplete delivery information may result in delays or additional delivery costs.
